João Cláudio Saraiva

João Cláudio Saraiva has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. João currently works at BUSUP as the Head of Providers Ops Portugal & Spain. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations Support at BUSUP Portugal. João also has experience at KARTEL - Distribuição e Logística as a Supervisor of Logistics Platform and Operations, as well as in a managerial role at Watch Planet, Relogios S.A, where they were responsible for Technical Assistance and After-Sales Service. Before that, they held positions at Zori.pt and Odisseias, where they were involved in customer service, logistics, procurement, and supply chain management. João Cláudio Saraiva also worked at Makro Cash & Carry Portugal as a Supply Chain Controller and at Sonae Distribuição as a Stock Manager. Their early career includes roles at Carrefour as an Aprovisionador Noon Food and as an Invoice Controller.
