Annika Jensen

Annika Jensen has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Annika is currently working as the Director of Human Resources EMEA at Onit, AXDRAFT (an Onit company), and BusyLamp - An Onit Company. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager Germany at FTI Consulting from October 2017 to November 2019. Before that, they served as an HR Manager at Digital Realty from May 2015 to September 2017. Annika also had experience as a Head Of Human Resources at H from August 2011 to February 2012, and as a Human Resources Director at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from January 2010 to July 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Head of HR at Stiefel, a GSK company from May 2008 to December 2009, and as a Human Resources Representative at MÜPRO from January 2007 to April 2008. Annika also had a period of master study and maternity/parental leave from September 2012 to April 2015.

Annika Jensen has a Diplom degree from Goethe University Frankfurt. Annika also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Development from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
