Kaytee Kanavy

Kaytee Kanavy is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in human resources and restaurant management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Honest to Goodness Hospitality since March 2022, Kaytee plays a crucial role in shaping workforce strategy and fostering organizational culture. Previously, Kaytee held various leadership positions at Fox Restaurant Concepts, including General Manager and Restaurant Manager, as well as Bar Manager at The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar and Kitchen Manager and Assistant General Manager at Pies and Pints. Kaytee holds an Associate of Arts degree in Art Administration from the University of Kentucky, earned between 2008 and 2012.
