Ilona Sobkowiak

Ilona Sobkowiak has extensive work experience in the field of data and analytics. Ilona currently holds the position of Senior Product Manager, Data at ButcherBox since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vista for a significant duration from 2003 to 2022, holding various roles. These roles include Senior Director, Analytics, where they led global analytics teams and delivered insights across different areas such as marketing measurement, eCommerce merchandising, product, pricing, and customer care. Ilona also served as the Director of Analytics and Senior Manager and Manager of Marketing Analytics during their tenure at Vista.

Before their time at Vista, Sobkowiak worked at Staples as the Manager of Marketing Planning & Analysis and Senior Forecasting & Modeling Analyst. Ilona also had experience at Polaroid as a Senior Market Analyst and at New England Electric System as a Load Forecasting Analyst. Their work experience spans over several decades, showcasing a diverse and comprehensive background in data analysis and leadership roles.

Ilona Sobkowiak completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Fairfield University in 1989. Ilona later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Economics and Econometrics from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business, which they completed in 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Ilona Sobkowiak has obtained multiple certifications to enhance their professional skills. Ilona completed the Scrum Product Owner certification from Mountain Goat Software in March 2021. In September 2020, they obtained certifications in "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Unconscious Bias," and "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in January 2019, they completed the Professional Coach Training - Fundamentals Course from the Co-Active Training Institute.
