Kelsey Zimmerer's work experience begins in 2013 as a Marketing Assistant at Shoebuy.com. They then moved on to The TJX Companies, Inc. in 2014, where they worked as a Public Relations Assistant, supporting the Public Relations team.

In 2015, Kelsey joined Blank Label as a Marketing Coordinator and later became the Marketing Director, overseeing marketing efforts and leading a creative team. They also served as the Director of Product Marketing & Merchandising.
