Michael Salguero

Mike Salguero is the Founder and CEO of ButcherBox, leading the company's mission to provide 100% Grass Fed beef, organic chicken, and sustainable pork from small farms across the United States since June 2015. Additionally, Mike serves as a Director on the President's Council at Massachusetts General Hospital, promoting community engagement and support for the hospital's initiatives. As an experienced guest speaker and lecturer, Mike has delivered over 100 talks on topics such as entrepreneurship and scaling culture at notable institutions like Harvard University and Babson College. Previously, Mike co-founded and served as CEO of CustomMade.com and held board positions with Rumsey Electric Co. and Newton-Wellesley Hospital, showcasing a strong dedication to community and business innovation. Mike holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Boston University.
