Eric Cohen is a veteran Texas construction lawyer with a robust career spanning several decades in the construction and legal industries. As the owner of Butler-Cohen Design + Build since March 2014, Eric oversees business operations and project development, demonstrating extensive expertise in financing, design, and construction across diverse projects, including educational, correctional, industrial, and commercial sectors. Prior to this role, Eric held positions in project development at Hale-Mills Construction, Ltd. and served as managing shareholder at Andrews Myers, P.C., along with experience as an associate at THOMAS, FELDMAN & WILSHUSEN, L.L.P. Eric's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston and a degree from Texas McCombs School of Business.
