Wallace Miller serves as the Director of Plans Operations and Training for the Kansas National Guard since June 2018, overseeing the development of operational plans, policies, and budgeting data while ensuring readiness and mobilization of personnel. Their extensive experience includes previous roles as the Director of Training, Director of the 169th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, and various logistics and strategic planning positions. In addition to military service, Wallace Miller is an adjunct professor at Butler Community College where Wallace teaches Criminal Justice Administration. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Military Operations from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University. Wallace Miller has also completed certifications and degrees in force management and general studies. Prior to military service, a career as a police officer in Wichita focused on law enforcement and public safety.
