Diane Block, PhD, MS, CPHQ has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Diane began their career as a Senior Occupational Therapist at Rhode Island Hospital in 1993. In 1995, they joined Butler Hospital as a Master's Level II Clinician in Behavioral Health Services. Diane then progressed to become the Director of Patient Experience and later the Director of Quality and Patient Experience at Butler Hospital. Their tenure at Butler Hospital lasted until September 2017, indicating that they held these roles for several years.
