Adam Zach

Adam Zach has extensive experience in aftermarket operations, currently serving as the Aftermarket Operations Director at Butler Machinery since March 2013. In this role, Adam Zach oversees the daily activities of Warranty Analysts, manages warranty claims accounting, and coordinates vendor meetings to address changes and discrepancies. Earlier positions at Butler Machinery included Warranty Manager and Product Support Operations Specialist, where responsibilities involved managing maintenance contracts, analyzing process trends, and optimizing service programs. Prior to Butler Machinery, Adam Zach was a Lawn Service Manager at R & R Lawn Services from April 2010 to March 2013, overseeing lawn care operations and leading a team to ensure customer satisfaction. Adam Zach holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
