Since launching the company in May 2016, Gareth has built a team of specialist recruiters, leveraging over 15 years of experience in the local market and a deep network of clients and candidates in the West Country. Prior to Butler Rose, Gareth served as Business Director at Hays, overseeing recruitment operations in multiple sectors and achieving consistent growth. They are dedicated to providing an honest, consultative approach to recruitment, ensuring a strong match between candidates and company cultures.
