Carys Jones is a Resourcing and Learning Advisor currently delivering end-to-end recruitment and supporting strategic learning at Butlin's. They previously completed a Graduate Management Trainee program at Equans UK & Ireland, gaining hands-on experience across various business areas. Carys also interned at both Keane and Glassworks London, where they contributed to brand development and digital marketing efforts.
