Keane is home to the no1 F&B consulting team in the region with a highly experienced team of F&B strategists, conceptualisers, operators and project managers working from studios in Dubai, Birmingham and Riyadh. Keane Consulting was formed in 2017 and many of our team members have 20+ years in the Middle East and played a key part changing the UAE dining scene introducing Buddha Bar, Embassy, Hakkasan, Jamie Oliver, Akira Back, Pierre Gagnaire, developing Yas Island and numerous high profile malls and in the last few years, masterplanning NEOM (exclusive F&B consultants). In addition to NEOM, we are formulating F&B strategies for SEVEN, AlUla and a number of high-profile PIF projects. If you see a giga project in the press, there's a good chance we're already working on it or trying our best to get in there and add some magic to the scheme!
