Jenny Naas

Jenny Naas is an experienced estimator with a career spanning over two decades in the construction industry. Currently serving as an Estimator at Butt Construction Company, Inc. since October 2022, Jenny previously held roles at Shook Construction as a Senior Estimator and Co-op Coordinator, where expertise in design-phase estimating of PK-12 educational facilities and development of guaranteed maximum price (GMP) estimates was demonstrated. Jenny's previous experience includes positions at Ferguson Construction Co. as an Estimator, specializing in the customization of estimating systems, and at Oberer Thompson Co. as a Project Estimator, focusing on developing budgets and scopes of work. Earlier roles also included civil engineering positions at Oberer Development Company and JWCI - Jones Warner Consultants, Inc., showcasing a solid foundation in engineering design. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton, earned in 1995.
