Patrick Dunn has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as a Food Specialist at Butte des Morts Country Club since February 2023. Previous roles include Manager at PREL INVESTMENTS INC from July 2021 to February 2023 and General Manager of Uno Pizzeria & Grill from June 2019 to September 2021. Dunn has also held positions such as District Manager for Cousins Subs Om group and General Manager at Golden Corral from 2012 to 2018, where responsibilities included financial reporting, vendor coordination, and efficiency improvements. With a long history at Golden Corral Corporation as District Manager from 2003 to 2012, Dunn successfully managed multi-million dollar inventories, oversaw new store openings, and enhanced profitability. Early career experience includes positions as General Manager at Damon's International and Kitchen Manager at Perkins & Marie Callender's.

With a strong tradition of excellence since 1924, Butte des Morts Country Club lives by its mission statement: “Providing a high-quality, private club experience by delivering exceptional value and services to its members, their families and guests.” BDMCC is a full-service, private club in Appleton, Wisconsin, located conveniently off of Highway 41 at the corner of Prospect and Bluemound. It is family-oriented with a very active membership. In addition to an 18-hole championship golf course, amenities include a practice facility that is one-of-a-kind in this area and a new pool facility – both to be completed in 2014. Our Clubhouse features a full-service Dining Room and Grille open year-round and several meeting rooms to host that special gathering. We have a fully-stocked golf shop and men’s and women’s locker rooms on-site as well. The courteous, highly professional BDMCC staff is here to enforce the superior standards set forth by the Board and offer the best club experience possible.
