Kim Tran

Kim Tran has a strong legal background and extensive work experience. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Analyst, Compensation at NBCUniversal, Inc. for two years. In 2016, they joined InSITE as the President, leading a prestigious leadership development program for graduate students. Kim then gained legal experience as a Summer Legal Associate at Salesforce in 2017. In 2018, they interned at Ringgenberg Law Firm PC and worked as a Summer Associate at Cooley LLP. From 2019 to 2022, they served as a Corporate Associate at Cooley LLP. In 2023, they held the roles of Counsel at SSM, Charter Member at TechGC, and is currently the Head of Legal at Butter Payments. Additionally, Kim is a member of TechGC, an organization focused on promoting the relationship between in-house counsel and private technology companies.

Kim Tran has a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. They also have a BA degree in Finance and Communication Studies (double major) from Loyola Marymount University. Additionally, Kim Tran completed high school at Archbishop Mitty High School.
