Annah Mier

Annah Mier is an experienced professional in the food science and baking industry, currently serving as the R&D Manager at Butterball Farms, Inc. since July 2023. Prior roles include Food Scientist at Roskam Baking Company from October 2016 to July 2023, Application Specialist R&D Bakery at Puratos from March 2015 to September 2016, and Food Scientist/Pastry Chef at Tate & Lyle from March 2012 to February 2015. Annah's career began at Fresh Start Bakeries, Inc. as a Food Technologist from July 2009 to March 2011, following a role as R&D Food Technologist at Otis Spunkmeyer.
