Lucia Falek

Lucia Falek has extensive work experience in the food industry. Lucia began their career at Big Boy Food Group in 1984, where they served as an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance for 16 years. In 2004, they joined Butterball Farms, Inc. and held various roles including Director of Quality and Development and later, VP of Development and Quality Systems. Lucia continues to work for Butterball Farms, Inc. in their current role.

Lucia Falek completed their undergraduate education from 1979 to 1983 at Michigan State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science & Technology.
