Mark Peters

Mark Peters has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mark began their career at Butterball Farms, Inc. in 1989, where they started as an Operations Manager and later became the CEO in 1995.

In 1996, Peters founded Lion Rock Holdings LLC and served as the President. Mark was also involved in speaking engagements on topics such as business as a mission and employee engagement.

Peters owned and served as the President of The Stirling Creamery Ltd. from 2006 to 2016. Mark was also the owner of DressMeDaddy.Com, a boutique outfit store for kids, from 2009 to 2016.

In 2020, Peters joined Lion Rock Holdings as an author, sharing their journey and advocating for similar initiatives to improve talent retention and community strength.

Mark Peters attended Davenport University from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a BS in Accounting. In 2010, they completed a training program at GRIL Training. Additionally, they attended Calvin University from 1982 to 1986, earning a BA in Business. From 1983 to 1984, they also studied Business at Hillsdale College, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from there.
