Maria Violante

Maria Violante is a skilled Web Developer with experience in full stack web development using Python/Django and Vue. Maria has worked at ButterCMS since July 2021 and has also created websites for private clients at Toki Code Consulting using WordPress and Django. Maria was an intern at Outreachy from December 2020 to March 2021, where Maria worked as a lead developer on the Anon-Ticket project for the Tor Project. Prior to their career in web development, Maria worked as an Occupational Therapist, demonstrating their ability to create technical documentation and implement novel procedures in a variety of settings. Maria holds a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Western Michigan University.
