Jeezza Erika Yap has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Jeezza Erika started in 2010 as an Administrative - Client Services Manager at First Place Inc., where they successfully communicated updates to US Visa partners and managed a team of Client Services Representatives. Jeezza Erika then joined Butterfield & Robinson Luxury Travel in 2018 as an Operations Administrator, where they managed operational tasks in the CRM system and completed tasks for 500+ departures. Jeezza Erika later took on the role of Vendor Services Administrator, responding to service requests and training new administrators. In their most recent role at Butterfield & Robinson Luxury Travel, as an Operations Administrator, they maintained data accuracy, increased efficiency through process improvements, and led a team of administrators.

Jeezza Erika Yap's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled in Centro Escolar University. Jeezza Erika pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management for four years, completing their degree in 2008. In 2017, Jeezza continued their education at Humber College, where they obtained a diploma in Travel - Tourism Management Services in 2018.

Furthermore, Jeezza Erika Yap has obtained several additional certifications. In January 2017, they became a Canada Specialist Accreditation through the Canadian Tourism Commission. Jeezza Erika also earned a Tourism Ambassador certification from Humber College in February 2017. Additionally, Jeezza completed a course called "Learning The Basics of Travel Insurance" offered by Manulife in February 2017. In May 2017, they obtained a Customer Service Skills certification from OTEC Training and Consulting Solutions. Jeezza Erika also achieved the TICO Education Standards for Travel Counsellor certification from the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (Ontario's Travel Regulator) in July 2017. Most recently, in March 2021, Jeezza received a Certificate of Completion for "The Tech Skills Course" from Bucketlist Bombshells.
