Mike Scarola

Mike Scarola has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Mike is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Butterfield & Robinson Luxury Travel, where they play a key leadership role in the organization. Additionally, they serve as a Board Member for the company, contributing to the strategic decision-making process.

Prior to this, Mike worked as a Director on the Board of Directors for 123Dentist, a Canadian dental support organization. During their time there, they worked closely with the CEO to support the growth and success of the organization.

Mike also has experience in the private equity sector, having served as a Partner at Peloton Capital Management. In this role, they focused on partnering with founders and management teams to build exceptional businesses and deliver attractive returns for investors.

Earlier in their career, Mike held various positions at RBC Capital Markets, including Managing Director, Financial Sponsor Coverage and Technology Investment Banking. Mike also worked as a Commercial Account Manager at RBC and was an Olympic Athlete representing the Canadian Olympic Committee.

Before their business career, Mike was a National Team Athlete for Canoe Kayak Canada, showcasing their dedication and commitment to sport. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving success in various industries.

Mike Scarola completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Dalhousie University, which they attended from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Saint Mary's University, where they studied from 1994 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Mike Scarola also achieved a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in 2007.
