Jose V. Sanz

Jose V. Sanz joined Butterfly Effects in 2022 as VP of Talent Acquisition and Development. In his position with Butterfly Effects, Jose’s goal is to transform talent acquisition, retention, and employee development to better serve the families impacted by autism. Mr. Sanz comes to Butterfly Effects with over 15 years in talent acquisition, branding, onboarding, retention strategy and transformation experience.

Prior to joining Butterfly Effects, Mr. Sanz served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Facilities at Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE: OCN), overseeing global recruiting. Previously, he worked in executive search with several prestigious national search firms. Mr. Sanz began his career with Avis Rent-A-Car rising quickly to lead several operations around the Caribbean and Latin America.

Mr. Sanz obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Management from Schiller International University, Dunedin, FL.
