Chris Shen

Chris Shen has had a diverse range of work experience over the years. Chris'smost recent position is with ButterflyMX®, where they started as a Client Success Manager in April 2021. Chris is currently the Manager of Client Solutions, a role they have held since July 2022. In this role, Chris oversees client solutions and ensures successful outcomes for ButterflyMX®'s customers.

Prior to joining ButterflyMX®, Chris worked at AuditBoard as a Client Support Specialist from April 2020 to April 2021. Chris also has experience with partnership coordination, having worked at MakeshopNcompany Inc. as a Partnerships Coordinator from August 2019 to February 2020.

At Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter, Chris served as a Video Partnerships Coordinator from October 2018 to June 2019. Chris also gained experience in video production at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, where they worked as a Video Technician in the Experiential Learning Center from August 2017 to December 2017.

Additionally, they have entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and CEO of A Chestful of Treasures, a company they started in June 2008.

Earlier in their career, Chris worked as a Seller on eBay Inc. from May 2008 to August 2017. Chris also worked as a Marketing Associate at Desiah Music Group from June 2012 to January 2017, where they contributed to marketing strategy, event coordination, and brand development.

The certifications were obtained in March 2021 and November 2021 respectively.
