David Shpilman

David Shpilman's work experience starts in 2014 as a Trading & Research Summer Intern at BTIG. In 2015, they worked as a Founding Member at VELOBEAT and also as a Marketing Department Intern at OSTROVOK, where they assisted in designing marketing strategies and conducted market research. In 2017, David worked as a Summer Intern on the Aquisitions/Originations Team at Madison Realty Capital. In 2018, they had two internships as a Commercial Real Estate Summer Intern at Boston City Properties and as a Commercial Real Estate Fall Intern at Avison Young. In 2019, they worked as a Loan & Acquisition Summer Intern at Madison Realty Capital. From 2020 to 2021, David was a Distressed Debt Associate at Kassin Sabbagh Realty. In 2021, they became an Account Executive at June Homes, where they achieved impressive sales growth, outperformed monthly performance metrics, and led training sessions. Currently, in 2023, David is working as a Sales Director at ButterflyMX®.

David Shpilman has a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies and Business from Brandeis University. Prior to attending Brandeis University, they completed their high school education at the Anglo American School of Moscow. Before that, they attended State School 57. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained several certifications, including Sales Calls: Tone of Voice from LinkedIn in February 2023, Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in June 2021, Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy in January 2023, and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in June 2018.
