Kunal Shah

Kunal Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Kunal co-founded ButterflyMX in 2014, where they serve as the CRO and plays a crucial role in revolutionizing intercoms by developing a cloud-based platform for efficient and customizable intercom systems. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, Kunal was the Director of Strategic Accounts at July Systems, a mobile platform and services company, where they were involved in delivering mobile experiences to millions of users worldwide. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as the Sales Director - Retail at Kony, Inc., a digital solutions provider, assisting organizations in their digital transformation journey. Before that, from 2008 to 2010, they held the position of Hospitality & Travel Accounts Team Lead at Usablenet, specializing in mobile and multichannel customer engagement. Kunal also served as a Senior Strategy & Product Development Consultant at Vettro Corp from 2000 to 2003 and as an Associate at Hales & Company from 1998 to 2000, where they focused on advisory services and transaction execution for clients in the insurance industry.

Kunal Shah began their education journey in 1993 at The George Washington University, where they studied Political Science. After completing their studies there in 1995, they enrolled at NYU Stern School of Business and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Operations Research, which they completed in 1997. Later, Kunal attended Rutgers University - Newark from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a JD (Juris Doctor) degree.
