Sarah Weinberger

Sarah Weinberger is a seasoned software and systems engineer with extensive experience in the avionics and embedded systems sectors. As Founder and CEO of Butterflyvista Corporation since August 2002, Sarah leads software engineering services for diverse clients, including a significant tenure as Chief Software Architect at JMR Electronics Inc. from 2011 to 2021. Previous roles include Systems Engineer III at Composite Engineering, Inc., where Sarah contributed to avionics projects and achieved CMMI Level 2/3 accreditation, and various engineering positions at Verizon, Crane Aerospace, and Design Catapult Inc. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Sarah Weinberger has demonstrated expertise in project management, configuration management, and compliance with industry standards such as RTCA DO-178B and CMMI, supported by a BSEE from UCLA and further studies at the University of Southern California.
