Banor K. has four years of work experience. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Gyphto - Group Gifting as a Business Advisor where they created a solution for a client regarding monetising data for a start-up company's upcoming mobile application. They also self-taught different ways in which data can be monetised and thus came to recognise the concept of "Big Data". From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Lionbridge as a Search Engine Evaluator and at invenics as a Technology Analyst. At invenics, they designed and developed exception handling, file handling and data quality management pipelines within SAP DI using Python, and packages such as Pandas. They also worked with business analysts, solution architects and product owners to understand and solve their data-centric problems independently and as part of a team. Currently, they are working at Butternut Box as a Junior Data Analyst.

Banor K. has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate certification from Microsoft. In 2020, they completed a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity. From 2015 to 2019, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Strathclyde. From 2013 to 2015, they obtained A-Levels in Accounting, Applied ICT & Maths from St Brendan's Sixth Form College.
