James McCrea

James McCrea has a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry, having worked in various roles since 1988. James's career began at Cott Beverages as a Factory Manager, then they moved to Milklink in 2000 as Group Operations Manager, where they were responsible for three geographically remote manufacturing sites. In 2006, they took on the role of Operations Director at ADM, where they were accountable for all aspects of operations for three manufacturing sites. James then moved to Baxters Food Group in 2007 as General Manager, reporting to the CEO and a member of the Operations and Capital Board. In 2010, they joined Morrisons as Head of Operations and Head of Bakery, overseeing a £35m investment programme to double capacity, introduce new categories and automate operations. In 2020, they joined Butternut Box as Chief Operating Officer and Operations Director.

James McCrea attended Shelley High Sixth Form College from 1986 to 1988.
