Patrycja Glus has worked as a People & Payroll Specialist at Butternut Box | B Corp since May 2023. Prior to this, they were an HR Associate Partner at Amazon from 2021 to April 2023.

Patrycja Glus pursued their education at the Medical University of Silesia from 2016 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Later, in 2022 and 2023, they enrolled at Avado to attain a Level 5 diploma in People Management.
