Russell Stephens

Russell Stephens has been working in the recruitment and talent acquisition field since 2010. Russell began their career at Maplin as a Christmas Temp and worked their way up to Technical Services Manager. In 2017, they moved to Capita as a CCM Team Manager. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Exemplar Health Care in various roles, such as Deputy Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Data, Analytics and Account Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead, Recruitment Consultant, and Senior Recruiter. Russell is currently employed at Butternut Box as a Senior Recruiter.

Russell Stephens attended Darton High School from 1994 to 1999 and achieved A-C grades in their GCSEs.
