Kate McEachern

Kate McEachern is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Butternut Mountain Farm since September 2018, Kate has also worked as an HR Consultant since June 2017. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources and Human Resource Manager at Marathon Health, and Director of Human Resources at Twincraft Skincare and Triosyn Corp. Additionally, Kate has experience as a Senior HR Consultant at Gallagher, Flynn & Company, LLP, and as a Recruiter at Burton Corporation. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont, earned from 1984 to 1988.
