Jason Paruta is currently serving as a Project Superintendent at Butters Group, managing a 126-acre multiphase project since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Superintendent and Field Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where involvement in the modernization and expansion of Fort Lauderdale International Airport's Terminal 3 required extensive coordination with various stakeholders. Jason previously worked as a Field Engineer at KELLER during the COVID-19 pandemic, gaining valuable skills in field reporting and operations. An internship as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Griffin Dewatering provided hands-on experience with dewatering systems and field management. Starting a career at Sailfish Marina as a Busser, Jason developed foundational teamwork and problem-solving skills. Jason holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, earned between 2016 and 2021.

Mark Butters - Mark heads up the construction division of the firm. He has a Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, State of Florida General Contracting & Building Contracting Licenses.
