Tim Kuhlman

Tim Kuhlman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and commercial real estate. Currently serving as the Business Owner at Beyond Futureceuticals since June 2023, Kuhlman also holds the position of Business Development Manager at Contract Resource Group, LLC and is a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Butters Group, both roles initiated in January 2020. As Principal at New Paradigm Advisors since the same year, Kuhlman’s career previously included a long tenure as Principal at Workspace Marketing Group until October 2023 and as President/Principal at MVK GROUP from 1990 to October 2023.
