Adela Kristinningrum

Adela Kristinningrum has a diverse work experience beginning in 2020 as a Part Timer at Sekardiu Consulting, where they administered psychological testing. In 2021, they interned at PT Astra Digital Internasional as a Human Capital Intern, providing support to the Human Capital Division by contacting candidates. Adela also interned at PT Sumber Energi Pangan as a Recruitment Intern, where they sourced potential candidates using various job portals. Currently, they are working at Buttonscarves as a Recruitment Specialist, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and employer branding strategies.

Adela Kristinningrum attended Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia from 2017 to 2021. During this time, they pursued a degree in psychology and focused their studies in that field.
