Shinta Nurindah Agustiani

Shinta Nurindah Agustiani has experience in various roles and companies. Shinta Nurindah started their career in 2020 as a Reaccreditation Team Staff at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. From May 2021 to January 2022, they worked at PT. IDStar Cipta Teknologi, where they were involved in General Services, handling timesheets, managing HRIS data, and corresponding with employees and other departments. Shinta Nurindah also worked in Talent Development, conducting onboarding sessions, organizing talent review activities, and company events. In 2022, they joined Buttonscarves as a Recruitment Specialist, performing end-to-end recruitment processes, including managing job ads, sourcing and screening potential candidates, and scheduling and conducting interviews. Prior to this role, they had an internship at Buttonscarves as an HR Recruitment Intern, where they gained experience in sourcing candidates, managing job ads, and conducting interviews.

Shinta Nurindah Agustiani completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended SMA Garuda Cendekia from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued their high school education with a focus on Social Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Shinta also obtained a certification in "Everyday Excel, Part 1" from an unspecified institution in May 2021.
