Syafria Intan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2011, they started their career as a Teller at PT BPR GITA MAKMUR UTAMA, where they handled deposits, withdrawals, and ensured the accuracy of cash transactions. Syafria also worked as a Customer Service representative, opening accounts, assisting with book replacements, and promoting deposit investments.

Later, Syafria joined Berrybenka.com as a Customer Service representative, where they managed incoming calls, processed orders, and resolved customer complaints. Syafria then took on the role of Warehouse Administrator, overseeing inbound operations, quality control, and stock management. Subsequently, they became a Leader RCV & DR, responsible for inspecting and recording incoming and outgoing goods.

In 2019, they joined PT Daffina Ritelindo Semesta as a Warehouse Supervisor, monitoring inventory, creating barcodes, and analyzing stock data for sales purposes. Syafria then became a Junior Manager, managing marketplace teams, controlling production and inventory, and handling import-related matters.

Currently, Syafria is employed as an Assistant Manager at Buttonscarves, where they collaborate with the general manager to supervise production activities, ensure quality and SLA compliance, and manage overtime. Syafria also oversees productivity, coordinates with the engineering team, and prepares work reports.

Throughout their career, Syafria has demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with both customers and internal departments.

Syafria Intan obtained their Gelar Sarjana in Teknologi Informasi from Indonesia Jobs and Careers, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
