Daniel R.W. Rustmann

Daniel Rustmann is an accomplished commercial litigator and shareholder at Butzel Long, a Professional Corporation, with a career spanning from September 1989 to the present. Rustmann specializes in litigation, contract negotiation, drafting, and providing business advice across diverse areas such as product liability, UCC warranty, sales commission disputes, non-compete agreements, and employment litigation. In addition to legal practice, Rustmann has been actively involved in leadership roles within community organizations, serving on the Board of Stewardship and Finance at First English Evangelical Lutheran Church since January 2009, and as President of the Board of Directors for Living Water Ministries from February 2014 to October 2018.
