Jason Shotwell has extensive work experience in the field of IT operations and support. Jason is currently the Director of IT Operations at Butzel Long, where they lead a team and provides support to the firm's attorneys and staff. Jason managed the implementation of a new desktop environment and transformed IT support operations through the implementation of a new Help Desk ticketing solution.

Jason began their career at Flagstar Bank as a Technical Support Analyst and Management Trainee.

Jason Shotwell has a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Management Information Systems from Oakland University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science degree (MS) in Information Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
