Dean Morgan

Dean Morgan has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and network services field. Dean started their career at RGD King Ltd as a Network Installation Engineer in 2001 and worked there until 2004. Dean then moved to Networks by Wireless Ltd, where they took on the role of Implementation Project Manager and successfully implemented a Wide Area Network backbone for the South Wales Fire & Rescue Service. In 2006, they joined EADS as an Installation Design Engineer. In 2007, they joined Sinclair Knight Merz as a Network Engineer and later became the IS Unified Communications Manager, responsible for managing a team of engineers and delivering IT services to over 60 offices and 8,000 employees globally. In 2014, Dean joined Jacobs as the Communication Technologies Manager and later became the Unified Communications & Network Services Manager, leading architecture and operational functions for network and UC services for a Fortune 500 company. In 2018, they joined Xcina as the Sales & Delivery Lead and in 2019, they became the Head of Telecommunication Network Operation Centre at BUUK Infrastructure.

Dean Morgan completed an HND degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Wales, Cardiff. Dean attended the university from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, Dean Morgan attended Rumney High School from 1984 to 1989, but no specific degree or field of study information was provided for this period. In addition to their formal education, Dean Morgan obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in December 2022.
