John Cooper began their work experience in 2013 as a Research Volunteer for the River Wensum Alliance Project. In 2013, they also worked as an Environmental Restoration Volunteer for the Greenways project. In 2014, John had an Intern position at Suffolk County Council, where they gained insight into local government operations and water frame work directive compliance. Since 2015, John has been with BUUK Infrastructure, starting as a Regulation Analyst and progressing to roles such as Senior Regulation Analyst, Customer Insights Manager, Customer Service Manager, and currently, Head of Group Customer Experience.
John Cooper completed their education in a chronological manner. John started their academic journey at Kesgrave High School in 2004 and completed their GCSE degree there in 2011. Following that, they attended Kesgrave Sixth Form from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained their Alevels. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2014, John attended the University of East Anglia and earned a Master of Science (MSci) degree in Environmental Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an ILM Level 3 - Leadership and Management certificate from ILM in April 2019.
