Jon Withers

Jon Withers has over 10 years of experience in the field of IT. Jon currently holds the role of Head of IT Service Delivery at BUUK Infrastructure since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the IT Service Delivery Manager from April 2021 to October 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of BUUK's IT services and leading a team of 40 employees. From November 2017 to April 2021, Jon held the position of IT Operations Manager, where they successfully transformed the failing Service Desk and Engineering teams. Jon also has experience as a Cyber Security Improvement Manager at BUUK from January 2016 to December 2018. Before joining BUUK, Jon worked as the Business Systems Manager and Principal Systems Developer, where they created and led a team of Business Intelligence Developers to deliver BI solutions. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience as a Senior Microsoft Developer at GTC and SMART421 LIMITED, and as a Software Developer at Active Web Solutions Ltd.
