Stichting Buurtteamorganisatie Sociaal, opgericht door Incluzio, geeft vorm aan Buurtteams Utrecht. Hierbij is Buurtteamorganisatie Sociaal verantwoordelijk voor de sociale basiszorg aan volwassenen. De 18 teams, verdeeld over de stad, bieden ondersteuning aan dichtbij de buurtbewoners. Ze doen wat nodig is, dichtbij en laagdrempelig zodat mensen zo lang mogelijk zelf de regie houden op hun leven en in hun eigen omgeving kunnen blijven wonen met de ondersteuning die zij nodig hebben.
