Sasja Gradussen

Sasja Gradussen has extensive experience in psychiatric care, currently serving as a Systeemtherapeut/SPV at BuurtzorgT since September 2016, focusing on tailored home treatment in a community context. Prior to this role, Sasja worked at Pro Persona from 1998 to August 2016 in various capacities, including as a POM trainer specializing in caregiver support and a social psychiatric nurse within an ACT team for first psychosis, emphasizing recovery and rehabilitation. Sasja has also contributed to the Regional Crisis Service in Nijmegen. Educational qualifications include a system therapist degree from Swolsche School and multiple specialized trainings in trauma treatment and preventive caregiver support.
