Jessica Theofiledes is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry. Currently serving as the Global Marketing Director at BUXOM Cosmetics since June 2024, Jessica previously held various senior roles at Coty, including Senior Global Brand Manager for COVERGIRL Eye Innovation and Global Marketing Manager for Rimmel and other brands. Jessica co-founded Theo Organics, crafting an organic skincare line and overseeing brand strategy and social media content. Experience at SCB Marketing and Pure Aesthetics involved digital marketing strategy and content creation, while earlier roles at Young & Rubicam and AdWerks Agency focused on account planning and brand development. Jessica earned a Master of Arts in Digital Strategy and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida.
