Ben Hudson

Ben Hudson has a strong background in technology, with a focus on leadership and management roles. Ben most recently worked at Buyagift as the Director of Technology, a position they held since November 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Technology at Moonpig from January 2023 to November 2023. Before joining Moonpig, Ben was the Senior Software Engineering Manager at Moonpig from March 2019 to January 2023. Ben also worked as the London Engineering Manager at Findmypast from July 2016 to March 2019, where they were responsible for leading recruitment and driving continuous improvement in development teams. Earlier in their career, Ben worked as the Digital Development Lead at Marie Curie UK from September 2015 to July 2016, overseeing line management and improving Agile practices. Ben began their career as a Lead Software Engineer at BigHand and as a Software Engineer at ZOO Digital Group plc.

Ben Hudson earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006.
