Adriana Swift

Adriana Swift has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adriana started their career in 2009 as a Trainee Consultant at Selby Jennings, where they worked their way up to become the Head of search services FIC Sales and Trading. During their time at Selby Jennings, they were responsible for executive search and consultancy in the Credit sector, covering banks, real money, and hedge funds across EMEA. Adriana was also a top producer globally at Phaidon International. In 2015, they joined Pelham International as an Associate Director. In 2016, they became the Director of Italian Breaks Ltd. Currently, they are the Sales Director at Buyapowa, where they focus on Enterprise SAAS sales in the Telecommunication, Utilities, and FS & I sectors, overseeing new business and existing client growth across multiple regions.
