Charlotte Merger is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Deputy CFO at BuyCo since April 2018, Charlotte has also held the position of CHRO & Deputy CFO. Prior roles include Head of FP&A at SSP Group Plc. and Controlling Manager France at Autogrill, where responsibilities involved managing a team during multiple reorganizations and overseeing financial performance for a significant French subsidiary. Additional experience includes a role as Responsible for Management Control at UNICIL, and senior positions at agnès b., Disneyland Paris, and KPMG France, where audit and financial analysis skills were honed. Charlotte holds a degree in Finance from NEOMA Business School.
