Zixiao Pan

Zixiao Pan, Ph.D., currently serves as President of Butlr, an MIT media lab spin-out that specializes in space occupancy and traffic intelligence through an advanced people-sensing platform. In addition to this role, Zixiao Pan is a Venture Advisor at Anthropocene Ventures and Mu Ventures, focusing on investments that utilize exponential technologies and enhance commerce. Zixiao Pan also serves on the Advisory Board of BuyHive, a B2B tech-enabled global sourcing platform. Previous experience includes Chief Revenue Officer at PCH International, advisor roles with Hyperspec AI and Gyrfalcon Technology Inc., and various leadership positions at Flex, where Zixiao Pan managed robotics solutions and corporate strategy. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University and a BS/MS in Materials Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University.
