Dror Ben Aderet began their work experience in 2017 as a Restaurant Manager at ROZA BISTRO BAR, where they worked until 2019. In 2022, they joined BUYME as a Customer Success Manager B2B.

Dror Ben Aderet completed a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Resources from Bar-Ilan University, which took place from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Dror has also obtained certifications in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in February 2022, and in HubSpot Sales Software and Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy in December 2021.
